Executive Nursery Manager – Helen Knox
Helen is a highly dedicated and experienced manager and has worked as a manager for Daisy Maisies since 2012.
Helen has worked with children since 1999 and is passionate and totally committed to providing high quality childcare whilst meeting their individual needs.
Along with her vast experience Helen is also a graduate with a BA Honours Degree in Childhood Studies.
Deputy Nursery Manager – Amy Halliwell
Amy is an experienced Deputy manager and has worked with children for over ten years, qualifying in 2005 with a BTEC National Diploma in early years. Since then Amy has furthered her education and is now qualified to level 4 in Children’s Care, Learning & Development. Amy has worked with children of all age groups and is committed to ensuring they have a safe and stimulating place to learn and progress.
Hannah Barker – Third In Charge
Hannah has a level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Early Years and has worked with children since 2007 in various settings. She is originally from Derby and worked for five years in a school environment mainly based in an Early Years Reception class, and also at Y Plan where she worked with children who had special needs.
When Hannah moved to Widnes she worked for Daisy Maisies at the Appleton site and then furthered her experience working at a school in Wigan.
Hannah has a young family of her own now and is excited to be back working with the company.
Our growing team currently consists of three Nursery Practitioners and our Nursery Chef who produces our nutritious and delicious menu that caters for children’s individual needs.
